This app is unlike any other app I have used. Usually the pedometer apps just count your steps, but this one integrates the visual in your mind so you can actually see how the steps you’re taking is affecting your body. It definitely kept me more motivated to keep moving, and it feels great! There is even an alarm clock setting to remind you to get off your butt and keep it up! I would recommend this to anybody trying to make progress in their health. It will really help you reach your goals!
